Yes, the villa features a private beach directly in front, with a wooden platform and steps for easy access to the sea. Guests also have access to a mooring for smaller boats, as well as a buoy for docking.
We kindly ask our guests to separate and dispose of waste in the designated bins in front of the villa. Cleaning is included in the price.

We stayed there for 10 days as a group of 12 people. The house, the surroundings, and especially the view were simply outstanding. The host took great care of us and checked in from time to time to make sure everything was perfect. You can also rent a stand-up paddleboard for the week, which we did — and it was absolutely worth it! I highly recommend this accommodation.
We’ve just spent a fantastic week in this villa. It’s truly spacious, with plenty of rooms, so there was always somewhere quiet to relax. The villa is very well equipped, with several thoughtful extras that weren’t even mentioned — including an ice maker, which was especially appreciated. The barbecue was also a great size. The entire property was spotless and genuinely had a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
We stayed here on holiday from May 13th to May 20th, 2023, and can highly recommend this house to anyone looking for breathtaking views with direct sea access, a fantastic pool, and a beautiful home surrounded by peace and quiet.
